Duplex_ Sto Domingo

Architect_Design and Regulatory Compliance

Santo Domingo, Heredia

Preliminary design for a two-story duplex that optimizes an urban lot with two functional apartments. Each unit includes an accessible bedroom compliant with Law 7600, an adapted bathroom, an integrated kitchen, and a double-height living–dining area, as well as a mezzanine,

an additional bedroom, and a private patio of over 18 m².

Architect_Design & Technical Documentation

Santa Cruz, Guanacaste

This project corresponds to a compact 40 m² residence. The focus was to create a flexible and cost-effective space where the outdoor areas serve as the main feature. The proposal includes a spacious bedroom, a full bathroom, an efficient kitchen, and a multifunctional living area, maximizing both the available space and budget.

Plaza Vizcaya

Resident Architect_Project Coordinator, and Construction Site Supervisor

San Joaquín, Heredia

A 4,549 m² commercial plaza consisting of retail units, common areas, and service spaces such as parking, restroom facilities, loading zones, a security booth, and technical rooms. I participated in on-site supervision and overall coordination to ensure proper execution aligned with the project’s specifications.

4D y 5D Apts Mauricio

Architect_Design & BIM Manager

Santo Domingo, Heredia

A project focused on the application of 4D and 5D BIM using an LOD 300 model to link scheduling and cost data to the three-dimensional model. A construction simulation and quantitative analysis were developed to improve planning and budget accuracy, resulting in an integrated model that facilitates coordination and informed decision-making.
